二、技術(shu)實施(shi)方案選擇

 根(gen)據客戶(hu)的生產工藝特點(dian),并結(jie)合我公司在法(fa)廢氣處理方面多年的成功(gong)經驗和環(huan)境(jing)廢氣治理技術要求,參考環(huan)境(jing)治理標準,對本工程(cheng)進(jin)行以下設計說明(ming):

1) 廢(fei)氣處理工(gong)藝(yi):“預(yu)處理+活性炭吸附(fu)+熱脫附(fu)+催化(hua)燃燒(shao)”工(gong)藝(yi);

2) 總吸(xi)附風量:70000 m3/h,共4臺活性炭吸(xi)附設(she)備(在(zai)線脫附);

3) 脫(tuo)附系統風量:5000m3/h;采用電加熱的供熱方式;

4) 預處理系統:干式過濾G4-F9袋式過濾器;

5) 設備(bei)占地:約22*4m;

6) 煙(yan)囪高(gao)度(du):15m,直徑DN1200mm碳(tan)鋼煙(yan)囪;

7) 遠(yuan)程(cheng)App控制(zhi)(手機實時監控),Vocs實時在線(xian)監測(ce),排放(fang)超標預警;

8) 活性(xing)炭設備采用格柵板擺放結構,方便(bian)切換進(jin)行活性(xing)炭更(geng)換。

根據現場情況(kuang)及客戶需求(qiu),規劃方案如下:

1. 漆霧顆(ke)粒物(wu):廢氣經(jing)收(shou)集后(hou),先進(jin)入(ru)(ru)初效過濾(lv)設備(bei)后(hou)經(jing)過干式過濾(lv)過濾(lv)后(hou),過濾(lv)掉顆(ke)粒物(wu),這樣進(jin)入(ru)(ru)廢氣進(jin)入(ru)(ru)活(huo)性炭吸(xi)附(fu)設備(bei)能有效的(de)進(jin)行吸(xi)附(fu),且增加活(huo)性炭的(de)使用(yong)壽命。

4. 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong):活性炭(tan)達(da)到一定(ding)時間的(de)飽和狀態(tai)后脫(tuo)附再生(sheng),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中的(de)風(feng)機、預熱(re)器、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、電動閥(fa)門進行控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)達(da)到預定(ding)的(de)催化(hua)(hua)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)時,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自(zi)動停(ting)止預熱(re)器的(de)加熱(re),當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)不夠時,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)可(ke)以重新啟動預熱(re)器,使催化(hua)(hua)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)維持在一個適當的(de)范圍;當催化(hua)(hua)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)過高(gao)時,開啟補冷(leng)風(feng)閥(fa),向(xiang)催化(hua)(hua)床(chuang)(chuang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)補充新鮮(xian)空氣,可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)地控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)催化(hua)(hua)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),防止催化(hua)(hua)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)過高(gao)。此(ci)外,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中還(huan)有(you)阻火(huo)器,可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)地防止火(huo)焰(yan)回躥。控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)配置手(shou)機APP,任何時間、任何地點都(dou)可(ke)遠程監控(kong)(kong)和診斷。

5、 安防措(cuo)施:

泄爆片(pian):當催化(hua)燃燒爐內壓(ya)(ya)力突然上升(sheng),防止系(xi)統(tong)發生危險,在(zai)催化(hua)燃燒爐及活性炭吸附箱頂處設置(zhi)爆破片(pian),對(dui)系(xi)統(tong)實施保護,本(ben)系(xi)統(tong)爆破片(pian)選用不銹鋼材質,爆破壓(ya)(ya)力根據系(xi)統(tong)設計確定。
